In 1932, as tensions rise with the formation of Manchukuo in Northeast China, the plot revolves around three skilled martial artists - Choei, Taikan, and Giryu. Under the guidance of their aging sensei, they reside in a modest dojo hidden away in the dense forests of central Kyushu. Their serene life is disrupted by the sudden arrival of a contingent of kempeitai military police who intend to seize their humble abode for use as a strategic military base.The film explores themes of loyalty, honor, and resistance through these karate masters' determination to protect their home and community. As they face the oppressive might of the occupying forces, their mastery of martial arts is put to the ultimate test. The film presents a gripping tale set against the historical backdrop of Japan's militaristic expansion in the 1930s, delving into the struggles and sacrifices of individuals caught amidst political turmoil.
