Randy Daytona, once a child prodigy of table tennis, had his Olympic dreams shattered after the tragic murder of his father by the enigmatic antagonist Feng, driven by gambling debts. Fifteen years later, Randy's fortunes have waned; he earns a meager living performing in seedy underground shows in Las Vegas.
