In a bustling East Los Angeles community center, Vietnam War veteran Frank Vega dedicates himself to mentoring young boxers, providing them with discipline and guidance both in the ring and in everyday life. However, tragedy strikes when one of his most promising students tragically dies after falling into the wrong crowd. Driven by a burning sense of justice and refusing to accept the corruption that surrounds him, Frank decides to take matters into his own hands alongside his loyal friend Bernie.
