Azur & Asmar: The Princes’ Quest

In this captivating animated tale, a young French boy named Azur has grown up listening to stories about a Djinn fairy princess called Azuria. Inspired by these fantastical narratives, he sets off on an adventurous journey to North Africa in search of the magical creature. However, upon arrival, he finds out that his childhood friend and neighbor, Asmar—an Arab youth raised by his mother alongside Azur—has embarked on a similar quest to find the Djinn as well. As both boys navigate through the unfamiliar landscapes and encounter various challenges, they must also confront their cultural differences and conflicting beliefs about the existence of the ethereal sprite.
