American Pie Presents: Beta House

In this wild college comedy, Erik, Ryan, and Cooze embark on their freshman year at the same university, eager to embrace the social scene and join a fraternity. Their choice lands them at Beta House, presided over by the infamous Dwight Stifler, known for his outrageous antics and party-oriented lifestyle. However, tension brews when a rival group of academically inclined students challenge the Betas' rowdy ways and threaten to disrupt their carefree existence.
