The Chipmunks, those mischievous singing animals, find themselves working at an amusement park as they take on new challenges and adventures in their latest escapade. As Alvin leads a wild tour group through the park's winding paths, his antics cause them to miss their next performance, and the gates unexpectedly close behind them. The Chipmunks now find themselves locked inside after dark, with only the eerie sounds of the abandoned attractions around them.Little do they know that within the park's boundaries lurks the real Dr. Frankenstein, who has been covertly hired to revamp a new attraction called "Frankenstein's Castle".
