Alice in the Cities

Philip Winter, a seasoned German journalist, finds himself at an impasse when tasked with penning an article about the United States. Plagued by writer's block, he decides to return to familiar territory in Germany. An unexpected encounter at the airport, where Philip helps a frantic German woman and her nine-year-old daughter, Alice, book flights, leads to an impromptu friendship between the trio.
