A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!

In the city of Dimmsdale, a television movie unfolds that revolves around the life of Timmy Turner, now 23 years old but still stuck in fifth grade due to a clever loophole he discovered in the fairy rulebook Da Rules. The rule states that if Timmy continues to act like a child, his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda, alongside his fairy godbrother Poof, won't be taken away from him despite his age. However, Timmy faces a challenge when Tootie, who used to be an awkward 10-year-old girl, returns to Dimmsdale as a beautiful adult woman. Falling in love with her prompts the realization that he is growing up and getting closer to losing his beloved fairies. Meanwhile, a cunning oil tycoon named Hugh J. Magnate, Jr., collaborates with Timmy's fifth grade teacher, Mr. Crocker, to exploit the magic of Timmy's fairies for their own gain, amplifying the urgency for Timmy to figure out his priorities in life.
