Biography:

Born in Nigeria in 1986, Oluwunmi Mosaku moved to Britain as a young child and quickly discovered her passion for acting. This talented actress has built an impressive career over the years, earning critical acclaim and numerous awards for her outstanding performances on both stage and screen.

Mosaku first caught the public's eye with her role as Joy in the BBC Two miniseries, Moses Jones (2009). Her portrayal of Holly Lawson in the popular ITV series Vera (2011-2012) further established her as a versatile and captivating actress. In 2016, she won the prestigious BAFTA TV Award for Best Supporting Actress for her powerful performance as Gloria Taylor in Damilola, Our Loved Boy.

In recent years, Mosaku has continued to shine in a variety of roles. She starred alongside Idris Elba in the fifth series of Luther (2019) and played the complex character of Ruby Baptiste in HBO's Lovecraft Country (2020). In 2021, she made history as Hunter B-15, a pivotal character in Marvel's highly anticipated television series Loki, set within the MCU. Mosaku reprised her role in the 2024 film Deadpool & Wolverine.
