Biography:
Born and raised in South Korea, Woo Do Hwan discovered his love for performing arts at a young age. After attending Dankook University's Faculty of Performing Arts, Theater Major, he made his debut in the world of acting in 2011 with a small role in the drama "Come, Come, Absolutely Come."
Over the years, Woo Do Hwan has built an impressive resume, including his first lead role in the 2017 series "Save Me," where he showcased his talent for captivating audiences. His dedication and skill were recognized when he won the Best New Actor award at the 2017 KBS Drama Awards for his performance in "Mad Dog."
In 2018, Woo Do Hwan continued to shine as he received an "Excellence Award" in the category of "Actor in a Monday-Tuesday Drama" at the MBC Drama Awards for his role in "Tempted." Despite being a young actor, he has already demonstrated immense talent and adaptability across various roles.
In 2020, Woo Do Hwan took a brief hiatus from his acting career to fulfill his mandatory military service, returning in January 2022 as ready as ever to continue captivating audiences on the big screen. In July 2023, he furthered his career by signing an exclusive contract with H& Entertainment after parting ways with KeyEast.
