Vincent Andrew Schiavelli, born on November 11, 1948, was a versatile American actor known for both his work as a character actor in film and television, as well as his career as a food writer. Often dubbed "the man with the sad eyes," due to his distinctive facial features, Schiavelli stood tall at 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m) and credited his unique looks and stature to Marfan syndrome.
