Toshihiko Seki, born on June 11, 1962, in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, is a renowned Japanese voice actor with an impressive career spanning over four decades. Since his debut in 1983, he has made quite a name for himself within the entertainment industry and currently works under the prestigious talent agency, 81 Produce.
