Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, born on June 27, 1962 in Hong Kong, is a celebrated actor and singer. Often hailed as one of Asia's most successful actors and referred to as the "Small Tiger" among TVB's Five Tiger Generals, he has garnered widespread acclaim for his performances on both local and international screens.

His impressive career boasts collaborations with renowned director Wong Kar-wai in seven films, including Chungking Express (1994), Happy Together (1997), In the Mood for Love (2000), and The Grandmaster (2013). Leung has also starred in critically acclaimed films like A City of Sadness (1989) directed by Hou Hsiao-hsien, Cyclo (1995), and Lust, Caution (2007) under the direction of Ang Lee.

In addition to his work in foreign films, Leung has played significant roles in Hong Kong productions such as Hard Boiled (1992) and Infernal Affairs (2002), both box office hits. His talent earned him a role as The Mandarin in Marvel's Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021).
