Toby Edward Huss was born on December 9, 1966 in Marshalltown, Iowa. This talented American actor first gained fame for his portrayal of Artie, the Strongest Man in the World, in the cult hit Nickelodeon TV series The Adventures of Pete & Pete. He continued to captivate audiences with his voice-over work on the long-running animated series King of the Hill and as Felix 'Stumpy' Dreifuss on HBO's Carnivàle.

Before making it big in Hollywood, Toby attended the University of Iowa where he participated in No Shame Theatre - a platform for experimental theater and performance art. Feeling ready to take on greater challenges, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career.

Throughout his prolific career, Huss has appeared in over 35 movies and television series, showcasing his diverse range as an actor. Notable roles include voicing the unforgettable characters Cotton Hill and Kahn Souphanousinphone on King of the Hill and playing "The Wiz," a romantic interest for Elaine Benes in the Seinfeld episode "The Junk Mail."
