Stephen Dorff, born July 29, 1973, is a talented American actor who began his career in Hollywood as a child. He first caught the attention of moviegoers with his chilling performance in the cult horror film "The Gate" (1987). However, it was his portrayal of Stuart Sutcliffe in "Backbeat" (1994) that firmly established Dorff as a rising star in the industry.

Dorff's career reached new heights when he took on the role of Deacon Frost in the popular superhero film, "Blade" (1998). His captivating performances continued with lead roles in films such as "Blood and Wine" (1997), directed by Bob Rafelson, and "Cecil B. Demented" (2000) by the legendary John Waters.

In Sofia Coppola's introspective drama "Somewhere" (2010), Dorff delivered a powerful performance as Johnny Marco, earning praise from both critics and audiences alike. He even had the opportunity to star alongside pop icon Britney Spears in her music video for "Everytime" (2004).
