Born on September 10, 1974, Matthew Ryan Phillippe is a talented American actor who has captivated audiences since his early days in the film industry. He first gained recognition as Billy Douglas on the soap opera "One Life to Live" from 1992 to 1993 before making his feature film debut in the thrilling "Crimson Tide" in 1995.
