Born Peter Green on October 8, 1965, in Montclair, New Jersey, Peter Greene discovered his passion for acting later than most, embarking on this journey in his mid-20s. However, it was the early '90s that marked his entry into cinema and television.

Greene's breakthrough came with a series of significant roles in 1994-1995. He starred alongside heavyweights like Bruce Willis in Pulp Fiction, where he portrayed Zed, the rapist of Marsellus Wallace. In The Mask, Greene played the villainous Dorian Tyrell opposite comedy superstar Jim Carrey and Cameron Diaz. His most acclaimed role was that of schizophrenic Peter Winter in Clean, Shaven. He also starred in the martial arts/crime film Fist of the Warrior alongside actors Ho-Sung Pak, Roger Guenveur Smith, and Sherilyn Fenn.

In 1998, Greene's life took a dark turn as he was arrested for drug-related offenses. Filmmaker Jordan Alan, who had previously worked with Greene, stepped in to help by enrolling him in rehab. Greene managed to bounce back and landed the role of Martin Lawrence's nemesis in Blue Streak, which was vouched for by producer Tobe Jaffe.

Greene continued his career as a character actor, appearing in television dramas like The Black Donnellys. He also made appearances in music video productions, starring in Prodigy of Mobb Deep's "A,B,C's" and House of Pain's "Fed Up."

In recent years, Greene has featured in the opening scene of FX series Justified's premiere. His remarkable journey from a suburban life to the world of film and television is an inspiring tale, proving that it's never too late to pursue one's passions.
