Biography:

Patton Oswalt was born on January 27th, 1969 in Portland, Oregon - a man who would go on to carve his own unique path through the world of comedy and acting. He first entered the world of stand-up comedy in the late '80s, where he honed his skills and built a name for himself with razor-sharp wit and engaging stage presence.

In the early stages of his career, Oswalt took on the role of writer for the popular sketch comedy show MADtv, where he spent two seasons crafting hilarious scenes and jokes. He then ventured into the world of television with a 1996 HBO special that allowed him to showcase his talents even further.

During this time, Oswalt made a successful transition from stand-up comedy and writing into acting. He landed roles in films such as "Down Periscope" (1996), where he made his big screen debut, and later became a series regular on the hit sitcom "The King of Queens" (1998 - 2007).
