Biography:
Born on Halloween in 1970 in New Haven, Connecticut, Nolan North discovered his love for acting at a young age. He pursued this passion by attending the University of Connecticut and studying theater. After graduation, he set his sights on Hollywood and moved to Los Angeles to start his career.
North's first significant leap into fame came in 2007 when he was cast as the charismatic treasure hunter Nathan Drake in the video game Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. This marked the beginning of a long-lasting partnership with the series, as North has since lent his voice to Drake in four sequels and even a spin-off game called Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.
Throughout his career, North has portrayed an array of memorable characters across various video games. He became Desmond Miles in the Assassin's Creed series, Dr. Edward Richtofen in Call of Duty Zombies mode, and Deadpool in numerous Marvel Comics media adaptations. Nolan also lent his voice to the iconic villain The Penguin in the Batman: Arkham franchise.
