Biography:

Born and raised in New York, Neal McDonough was always passionate about performing arts. After discovering his love for acting during his time at the London Academy of Dramatic Arts and Sciences, he returned to the United States with a renewed determination to pursue his dreams. Graduating from Syracuse University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Neal immersed himself in theater productions such as 'Cheap Talk', 'Foreigner', 'As You Like It', 'Rivals', 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', 'Bald Soprano', and 'Waiting for Lefty'.

Recognized for his exceptional talent, Neal won the 1991 Best Actor Dramalogue Award for his performance in 'Away Alone'. His passion for acting extended far beyond the stage; it also fueled a lifelong love for "Star Trek." When he was cast as Lieutenant Hawk in 'Star Trek: First Contact', Neal felt that his childhood dreams were coming true. The walls of his bedroom serve as a testament to his diverse interests, with pictures of his mother, the Holy Virgin Mary, and William Shatner as Captain Kirk adorning them.

Neal's dedication to acting has led him to appear in numerous television series, including 'NYPD Blue' and 'Quantum Leap'. He even lent his voice to the animated series 'The Incredible Hulk', portraying Bruce Banner. Throughout his career, Neal McDonough has continued to captivate audiences with his exceptional talent and unwavering passion for performing arts.
