Starting with his memorable portrayal of Warner Huntington III, the arrogant ex-boyfriend of Reese Witherspoon's character in Legally Blonde (2001), he showcased his talent for bringing unforgettable characters to life.

In 2007, Davis starred as Adam Hillman on What About Brian, a drama series that explored the lives and relationships of a group of friends. His performance earned him a dedicated fan base and paved the way for more leading roles in television. A few years later, he joined the ensemble cast of the critically acclaimed legal thriller Damages, playing the role of Josh Reston.
