Born on April 29th, 1970, Percy Robert Miller Sr., known by his stage name Master P, is an American rapper, record producer, entrepreneur, actor, and record executive hailing from New Orleans. He's the visionary founder of the iconic label No Limit Records, which has seen many iterations over the years - relaunching as New No Limit Records through Universal Records and Koch Records, then as Guttar Music Entertainment, and currently thriving under the name No Limit Forever Records.

In the mid-90s, Master P's career skyrocketed when his hip hop group TRU (formed alongside his brothers C-Murder and Silkk The Shocker) found immense success. This was followed by the release of his fifth solo rap album, Ice Cream Man, in 1996. The album featured his breakout single "Mr. Ice Cream Man," which set the stage for even greater achievements. In 1997, Master P's popularity soared after the massive success of his Platinum-selling single "Make 'Em Say Uhh!"
