Her talent was soon noticed when she participated in the "Gonna be a star" auditions hosted by Sony Music Entertainment Japan, where she competed against 2,000 other hopefuls. Remarkably, Marina emerged as the winner of these prestigious auditions and landed her first voice acting role in the OVA Le Portrait de Petit Cossette.
After her debut, Inoue continued to make waves in the entertainment industry. She was signed under Sony Music Entertainment Japan's Aniplex division until 2007. Her voice acting career thrived under Aoni Production (formerly Sigma Seven), a leading company in the field. This successful collaboration has led to Marina lending her voice to numerous beloved characters and providing the singing talent for captivating soundtracks.
