Karen Jane Allen, born on October 5, 1951, is a talented American actress who has captivated audiences for decades with her diverse and memorable roles. Her career began to flourish in the late '70s, when she appeared in National Lampoon's Animal House, quickly establishing herself as an up-and-coming talent in Hollywood.

Allen's breakthrough role came in 1981 when she portrayed Marion Ravenwood, a feisty and resourceful heroine, alongside Harrison Ford in Raiders of the Lost Ark - a film that would go on to become an iconic adventure classic. Her performance was so well-received that she reprised her role as Marion in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, more than two decades later.

Throughout her career, Allen has showcased her versatility by taking on a variety of roles across different genres.
