Jennifer Lynn Lopez, commonly known as J.Lo, is an American powerhouse who has conquered multiple industries, including singing, acting, dancing, and business. Born on July 24, 1969, she has undoubtedly left her mark not only in Hollywood but also in global popular culture.
Jennifer Lopez's journey began as a dancer, landing her first television appearance as part of the "Fly Girls" on the sketch comedy show In Living Color in 1991. Her career skyrocketed when she took on the role of Tejano singer Selena in the biographical film Selena (1997), which turned her into a household name.
