Born on October 27th, 1992, Jella Haase is a talented German actress with an impressive filmography, despite her relatively young age. Her passion for acting began at a very early stage as she started performing in theater productions during her childhood. In 2009, Haase made her silver screen debut in the short film "Der letzte Rest," marking the beginning of an illustrious career that has spanned both television and film.

Haase was born and raised in Berlin-Kreuzberg, with her mother working as a dentist. Her early exposure to theater laid the foundation for her successful acting journey. As a teenager, Haase quickly transitioned from the stage to the screen, with her first major role coming in the form of a television film titled "Mama kommt!" This was followed by appearances in TV productions like "Polizeiruf 110," where she made two guest appearances, and later starred in six episodes of the series "Alpha 0.7 – Der Feind in dir" in 2010.

In 2011, Haase acted in "Männerherzen … und die ganz ganz große Liebe" and portrayed a leading role in David Wnendt's neo-Nazi film "Kriegerin." Her remarkable performance in both the films earned her the Bavarian Film Award for Best Young Actress in 2012. In 2013, Haase played the role of an underage prostitute in the provocative film "Puppenspieler." Her fearless portrayal earned her widespread recognition and even garnered her the Günter-Strack-Television Award for Best Actress that June. Later that same year, she took on the role of Chantal Ackermann, a rebellious teenager, in the comedy film "Fack ju Göhte," directed by Bora Dağtekin.
