Catherine Joy Perry, better known by her stage name Lana, was born in Gainesville, Florida. However, she spent her childhood years growing up in a different culture, in the vibrant city of Riga, Latvia. It's here that she became fluent in Russian, adding another layer to her multicultural background.
Before stepping into the wrestling ring, C.J. dabbled in various creative pursuits. She tried her hand at modeling, dancing, acting and even singing - showcasing her versatility and passion for the arts.
Her journey led her back to America where she joined WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) under the ring name Lana. As a professional wrestling manager, she took on a unique role that required her to be both fiercely assertive and poised in equal measure. Her most significant partnership has been managing Rusev, the WWE United States Champion. Together, they have become one of the most formidable duos in the sport.
