Ashley Suzanne Johnson, born on August 9, 1983, is an American actress who has made her mark in both voice acting and live-action film. She first gained recognition for her work as the voice of Ellie in Naughty Dog's groundbreaking video game series, The Last of Us (2013), The Last of Us: Left Behind (2014), and The Last of Us Part II (2020).
Her voice acting talents have also been featured on the critically acclaimed animated television show Infinity Train. Johnson brought to life Tulip Olsen and Lake in various episodes from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, she lent her voice to Gretchen Grundler in Disney's Recess (1997-2001), Terra in Teen Titans (2004-2006) and its spinoff series, Teen Titans Go! (2013-present), and Pike in the animated series The Legend of Vox Machina (2022-present).
In addition to her work in animation and video games, Johnson has appeared in several films, such as What Women Want (2000), Fast Food Nation (2006), The Help (2011), and Joss Whedon's adaptation of Much Ado About Nothing (2012).
