Ali Zaoua: Prince of the Streets

Ali, Kwita, Omar, and Boubker are four street children surviving on the outskirts of Casablanca, using glue as their means of escaping a harsh reality. Their lives took a turn for the better when they managed to get away from Dib's dangerous and oppressive gang. However, the fear of retaliation still looms over them. Amongst his friends, Ali harbors a dream of becoming a sailor - a notion sparked by the fairy tale he used to hear while living with his mother, who worked as a prostitute. The story spoke of a sailor who discovered an island with two suns. For Ali and his companions, their lives are far from resembling this idyllic dream; instead, they're constantly dealing with Dib's relentless pursuit for revenge. As the stakes rise, these four friends must navigate through the dangers of the city and their past in order to secure a better future for themselves.
