In the bustling streets of Hong Kong, the Hung Hing gang faces a major upheaval as its leader and boss, Tian Sang, tragically passes away. Consequently, two influential members Ho Nam and Hon Bun embark on a mission to find Tian's younger brother, Yang, in order to install him as the new head of the gang. As they navigate the dangerous underworld, the brothers are simultaneously hit by devastating news about the assassination of Hon Bun's younger brother, who also helms the Tuen Mun gang.
