In this heartfelt tale, we follow Sam Lion, a man who began life as an abandoned child nurtured within the tight-knit community of a traveling circus. Overcoming hardship and honing his skills as an acrobat, he eventually finds success as a businessman after a trapeze accident forces him to retire from performing. As Sam reaches middle age, however, the weight of responsibility starts to feel stifling, and he yearns for a simpler existence.Leaving behind his son Jean-Philippe and all that he has built, Sam embarks on a voyage of self-discovery, hoping to find peace away from the responsibilities that have weighed him down.
