The Best Man’s Wedding

In this unique and intimate drama, we are introduced to Roro, a man who has found his solace in the Swedish countryside while working on landscaping projects. Though he holds a deep affection for his girlfriend back home in Lebanon, societal pressures and bureaucratic constraints force him into an imminent marriage arrangement with another woman, which threatens to separate them even further. As Roro struggles internally with his decision, his best friend Måns grapples with his own personal issues of intimacy, experiencing difficulties in maintaining an erection that could jeopardize his relationship and self-esteem. The film weaves together these two narratives as it delves into the complexities of love, human connection, and the challenges that individuals face while trying to navigate their way through societal expectations and personal desires.
