Icarus

The intriguing narrative follows Edward Genn, formerly known as the lethal KGB assassin codenamed Icarus. As the Soviet Union crumbles beneath his feet, he finds himself marooned in a foreign land without any support or trustworthy allies. Faced with an uncertain future and grappling to break free from his murky past, Genn decides to reinvent himself. Assuming a new identity, he establishes a family and ventures into the world of entrepreneurship, hoping to distance himself from his bloodstained history as a contract killer. However, as he struggles to reconcile with the ghosts of his past, the line between his old life and new one becomes increasingly blurred, making it difficult for him to fully escape the darkness that surrounds him.
