Swamp Shark

Amidst the enchanting swamplands of Atchafalaya Basin, summer days are spent in idyllic relaxation as teenagers bask on the beach before the annual Gator Fest. However, their tranquility is abruptly shattered when a misfired animal smuggling deal leads to the release of an immense aquatic predator into the murky waters of a remote river. At the McDaniel's 'Gator Shack', a local named Jackson's drunken escapade culminates in a brutal demise, which the town sheriff hastily attributes to their family's purportedly escaped alligators. Rachel McDaniel, the family matriarch, however, claims that she has witnessed something more terrifying - the fin of a shark. Facing false accusations and the potential danger to her sister Krystal and the unsuspecting Gator Fest attendees, Rachel joins forces with an enigmatic stranger named Charlie to battle this monstrous creature and expose the truth, restoring their good name against all odds.
