Jonathan Reeves is given the challenge of revitalizing the prestigious American Ballet Academy by introducing modern dance styles. He brings in talented choreographers Charlie, Cooper, and Tommy to scout and recruit promising dancers for a competitive summer camp. Among them is Bella Parker, who has constantly been overshadowed by her highly accomplished sister Kate.
