Rise of the Legend

In the late Qing Dynasty of 1868, corruption within the Imperial Court is having a devastating impact on people's lives. The Black Tiger, led by the formidable Lei Gong, has long sought to undermine the power of the Northern Sea gang. Into this dangerous world steps Fei, a bold warrior who finally succeeds in slaying the leader of the Northern Sea after an intense battle. With the Black Tiger seemingly triumphant and controlling the port, however, a new challenger emerges: the Orphans, led by Fei's childhood friend Huo. The Orphans are determined to dismantle all criminal influence from the waterfront, setting the stage for an epic struggle between two powerful groups.
