Battlestar Galactica: The Resistance

In this ten-episode miniseries, set between the conclusion of the second season and the commencement of the third in the reimagined series, we find ourselves on the 67th day of Cylon occupation. The story unfolds with a startling revelation: during their initial acts of occupation, the Cylons had constructed a detention center. Furthermore, they have begun to assemble a human New Caprica Police (NCP) force by recruiting locals. Duck, an ex-pilot from Galactica who has been pursued romantically by Jammer for The Resistance, is torn between his loyalty to the cause and his reluctance to engage in collaborating with the NCP, whom he views as traitors. As tensions rise and alliances shift, the miniseries delves into themes of morality, collaboration, and resistance during times of occupation, while maintaining a gripping narrative that keeps viewers on edge throughout its runtime.
