Alain, once an experienced mountain guide, yearns for a change of pace in his life and decides to become a teacher. His new class is comprised of ninth graders, each as unique as the next but seemingly uninterested in their lessons. To engage this diverse group, Alain proposes a bold excursion – venturing into the depths of an icy glacier for an educational field trip. This journey unexpectedly reveals to the students an enchanting world of ice that they had never previously encountered. As they learn about the vulnerability of their discovery, the impending threat of its melting becomes a heart-wrenching reality.Determined and inspired by Alain's guidance, this group of seemingly disconnected students unite in their mission to preserve this frozen marvel. They throw themselves wholeheartedly into an ambitious project, working tirelessly under Alain's tutelage and proving that no challenge is too great when we combine our efforts with passion and purpose.
