In the intricate underground web of Buenos Aires' subway system, a train carrying its full complement of passengers suddenly vanishes without a trace. Alarmed at the disappearance, subway authorities enlist topographer Daniel Pratt to locate and recover the lost train. With countless tunnels and a labyrinthine layout, Pratt finds himself struggling in his mission until he calls upon his experienced mentor Hugo Mistein for aid. However, Mistein too has gone missing, leaving Pratt to unravel both the mystery of the vanished train and his own mentor's sudden disappearance.
